Hi small business owners, Just trying to better understand how you all go about social media management (posting, responding to messages, commenting, etc). I have a few questions: (1) Do you currently do all of these tasks for yourself when it comes to your social media pages? (2) Do you find it difficult to manage all of these tasks? (3) Have you outsourced it to an agency? If so, how much do you pay? (4) Have you ever thought about having individuals complete these management tasks for you? Like freelancers?
