So I’m trying to figure out whether or not I should continue pursuing an internship I’m currently doing interviews for. Ultimately I’m interested in doing marketing/advertising, but the internship is for a management type role in production. I’m not sure how well these two fields intersect and whether or not it would even be worth it to add this experience to my resume, considering that it would be taking time away from perhaps a more lucrative job search. So my question is: should I take this internship if it‘s offered to me? I’m a recent college grad and I sense that I need an internship immediately, since I didn’t take one during my undergrad, but I haven’t found one in marketing/advertising and the window of opportunity is closing for me. The company I’d be working for is very well-known, so I see that the best advantage to taking the job is perhaps the networking opportunities and resume padding. Any thoughts/opinions? – by hq overview blueisthecolourthe – –
