How do ad agencies come up with the big idea for brands? I recently got a job in an ad agency for every campaign we want to do for clients there seems to be a big idea. My boss asked me to go read about it but people seem to have different ways of explaining it and it’s all confusing. This is why I came here. How do you come up with the big idea?
