    I saw an interview with Matthew Walker the other day and what he said that was so fascinating to me was that people who undersleep tend to make really poor food desisions. As someone who might want to gain lean body mass and increase your weight in a healthy and steady way do you think this is a problem for you? I am doing this because I’m thinking of working as an online coach in fitness. But I’m just starting out, and of course i want to be sure about everything.
