We’ve had a product in the B2B space for 3 years. Working with our customers, we’re releasing a new version of the platform soon that deserves a significant marketing investment and focus. We haven’t invested much in marketing but have been using hubspot the last few years to do some email campaigns with landing pages and social media posting. We’re going to hire a marketing director soon but in the meantime want to do the following: 1) improve social media engagement on LinkedIn 2) Measure website & landing page hits and conversions 3) Build 3 campaigns that include email, social media posts, LinkedIn ads, landing pages and blogs. We have the tools to do all this but as far as measuring success, we don’t know which data points are most important to track on a weekly basis that lead to improved results. The goal is constant iteration and improvement. What should we measure? – by hq overview lonely_uninsured – –
