Tips on running an Instagram giveaway?

Hi! I shoot music videos, mostly for local hip hop artists. I am hoping to do a giveaway for an artist to win a free music video within the area, and was wondering if anyone had tips on running successful giveaways/raffles. I am thinking that the criteria to enter would be to follow my account and tag your favorite local artist that would want a video. Then saying you are only eligible for selection if you are following. I haven’t done anything similar to this before, but am looking to get a some followers on my page and would love any help/tips/critiques that you guys may have!
