Tips on sharing old (but popular) content on a new platform?
-
How do you share old content on a new platform without annoying people? Here’s the deal: I’ve had a blog for 6 years. I only shared my posts on my personal Facebook page. I recently created a Facebook page for my blog. I’d say 75% of the followers are friends/family and the other 25% are strangers. I’d like to share a couple old posts to the page (my birth stories, which ended up being my post viewed posts since I started blogging) but I don’t want the 75% of followers to think “oh great, is she just going to share old content? What was the point in following her?” I want to keep it engaging and new for them too. I’d like to possibly promote the 2 birth stories on my Facebook page which is the only reason I’m wanting to reshare them. Advice on navigating this tactfully? Should I avoid resharing old content? Do you acknowledge its old? Do you just write a new blurb to go with it? – by hq overview Hey_Real_Quick – –
