Tool that forces search engine bots to crawl backlinks?

I saw this tool called “Colinkri” and I’m wondering if it’s legitimate. What it does is it forces search engine bots to crawl the backlinks that you built to make them count. It looks good on paper but I want to know if there are people here who have tried it? I’m not a web developer so I don’t know if it’s possible for an application to manipulate web crawlers. – by /hq/SirAdri11 – –
