Transfer a website to WordPress or start from scratch?

Our company has a website that was designed in DreamWeaver ~8 years ago. Right now we can only edit the different PHP files to make minor changes within the site. We want to be able to edit the design/contents within WordPress. Is there a method we can use to ‘transfer’ the website over to WordPress or would it save time to just create the site from scratch? The website has 6 tabs, a few links, some pictures that change… nothing too crazy. I can PM a link if anyone needs more info to respond. – by hq overview RollDat – –
