I’m new to this field and using the plugin to generate sitemap of my website. Now i have encountered several issues with google indexing. I dont seem to find that google is automatically indexing my website. Could anyone help me where I’m making mistakes and how can this be improved?

Indexability and crawlability are technical SEO considerations. The basic premise of both of these is that they should be:

    – discoverable
    – indexable
    – non-duplicate

There are many things that might make a page discoverable:

    – internal links
    – external links
    – Sitemap.xml
    – submit url to Google Search Console
    – html sitemap
    – unblocked by server or robots.txt (default)

There are many things that might make your content non-indexable:

    – html canonical tag to another page
    – http canonical tag to another page
    – server responds anything other than 200
    – noindex tag
    – all links towards page are nofollow

In order to speed up indexing you need to try and tick off the first list and reduce any barriers that make the page non-indexable.

So, I would recommend a clear site structure with a very well designed user journey should make your content discoverable and rank better in search results.

Submit any new URLs into Google Search Console.

Just put the google ads code in the footer of every page and then visit every page, it will be on google straight within a day or two

An XML sitemap is a good start. You will want to submit that sitemap to Google in GSC (https://search.google.com/search-console) if you haven’t done so already.

What are the issues you’re encountering? There is no such thing as automatic indexing. You will need to give Google some time to find your site/pages, crawl them, understand what’s there, and determine if that content meets some basic criteria for indexation.

Add Google Adsense to your site and Google will be all over it quicker than anything.

That’s so broad a question you’re not going to find answers here. I would recommend googling a bit, and reading up more on the free literature on google, seo and indexing in general.
