What are some of the decisions you had taken that makes you regret now?

I’ve recently started a software development company and we have reached a stage where I need to take some important decisions for my company. I know that the through mistakes only the best lessons are learned ,but I don’t want to commit the same mistakes which most startups commonly commit that will make me regret later in the long term. I wanted to know what are some of the decisions or steps you had taken for your company in the early stages which makes you feel regret now.
