I have a consulting business with a number of clients that are hard hit by the pandemic. I’m afraid they are going to cut me loose and am considering offering them extended payment terms so that they don’t do that. However, my concern with this is that if they go bankrupt, what chance is there that my invoices get paid? Where would I be in the line of creditors? Would I be entitled to stock in a new company as a creditor if they reorganize (brand is probably to valuable to liquidate). – by /hq/acvdk – –
