I’m currently running a paid media agency and wanted to get some insight from you guys on the different processes/operational stuff that you currently have in place that have made you successful. My partner and I started this agency in the summer and are kind of overwhelmed. We have three creative agencies that we are working with where we act as their paid media department at their company (we work as if we work directly for their company). The great thing about this is that we don’t have to find any of our own clients, they supply them to us. We have kind of gotten overwhelmed with the different clients that we have and we don’t have any processes in place, we just take each client on one by one and tackle things as they are brought up (I know this is bad, but we haven’t had the time to sit down and really structure our workflow, etc). So my question is, what processes do you guys have in place at your agency that help you manage multiple clients, manage their different strategies, etc, that have helped your company scale and be successful? Also, are there any drawbacks to just continuing to be other agencies’ paid media department, instead of our own stand alone agency? We have five of our own clients, but about 10 other clients that we work with through partnerships. – by hq overview sonwinn – –
