What tools are you using to manage your vendors?

We run a small software company and are approached by all kinds of vendors on a daily basis – marketing, IT support, and many others. I used to maintain an Excel with their details but this is clearly not scalable. Sometimes they share brochures, and proposals which I’d like to keep together. I’d also like to organize them by category so it’s easier to pick from them. I’ve crossed 50 vendors a while ago and this has become hairy. Any suggestions? – by hq overview hsnk42 – –
