What’s the cost of a MVP?

So. I’m a developer who have dreams(and plans)found my startup eventually. But, in the meantime, I would like to make some money using my skills because I don’t want to depend on investors mercy to launch a business. It’s hard to make good money where i live(Brazil), so I thought I could go to these freelancers websites and specialize in producing MVP’s for people. I think i have above average designing and business skills, while my coding skills are about average. Is it a good idea Or should I become an expert at coding to try this? Can I make some good money in this venture? Keep in mind that the Brazilian currency is undervalued, so I don’t need to make much(by US’s standards) to be worth it.
