We have a small customer service team with limited M-F business hours. Currently utilizing Zendesk as our CS platform as it boasted a phone option as well as ticket support. However, the Shopify integration has been a little lackluster. We also use Recharge, and there’s no integration at all there.
Considering making the switch over to Gorgias. We would need it also adopt a new phone option if we did so, but the Shopify integration looks a lot better here, and the recharge integration would be huge for reducing ticket time.
Social media integration doesn’t seem to work well in zendesk, but the chat feature in zendesk is pretty good.
Does anyone have experience with either platform and what you liked/didn’t like about it? Appreciate your insight!
