I don’t think your base audience is big enough. You’re basically telling Facebook to find 850,000 people that are similar to the 200 customers you have. I personally wouldn’t recommend using lookalike audiences unless you have more than 1,000 events. I’d also recommend starting with a 1% lookalike which will be about 300k users for Germany. That’s more than enough to start with and more precise than 3%. Only expand this if it’s working well and you’re spending enough to exhaust the 1% reach.
