From what i experienced, having a contact on Facebook and Google helps a lot. Otherwise you will keep juggling with the call centre. In case of Google at least there is some help. In Facebook’s case, you hardly find a person. So how did I find help.
Simply go to Linkedin and find some local representatives of Facebook (or whatever channel you are facing problems with). Write to them. Linkedin offers 1 month free premium services. Use it to contact someone if a person is not available for direct messaging. Nowadays no one wants to lose any business. If you reach the right person, probably you can find help too.
