In this video I’m going to walk you through and help you avoid one of the biggest minefields in all of marketing.

If you sell online programs, online courses, or services, you’re especially at risk, but this even applies to ecommerce and local brick and mortar stores.

You see there’s a mistake that’s being made right now that’s costing business owners and entrepreneurs millions of dollars every year, and it’s completely avoidable.

And it all comes down to one core marketing fundamental that when you understand, and apply this in your business, will enable you to make more sales than you’ve ever made before. And do it faster. And easier. Oh yeah, and more fun too.

Basically, when it comes to marketing, and to offering your goods and services to the market you typically have 1 of 2 different approaches you can take.

The first is the Product Launch Model. This is where you build up a bunch of hype, create a ton of content, overwhelm the market with ads and messages and videos and everything you can think of, and then open the cart and let people buy. Then, in most cases, at least online, the cart stays open for 3 to 7 days or so, and then gets closed and people can’t buy anymore after that.

The other is the evergreen model. Named the evergreen model after evergreen trees that stay green year round, the evergreen marketing model means your offer is available year round so people can come and go as they please.

Now obviously there are pro’s and con’s to both the product launch model and the evergreen model, but is there a way to combine them both into the ultimate, and dare I say "perfect" marketing strategy?
